This wiki's promise is that every fact is sourced and every gap is marked "to be confirmed". When we get something wrong anyway — or when the facts themselves change — we record it here instead of quietly editing the page. Each entry lists the date, what changed, and why.

How to report an error
If you find a fact on this wiki that contradicts an official source, report it in the Steam community hub discussions or the developer's Discord and tag it to our attention — or check the page's "updated" date first; recent pages reflect the latest verified snapshot. Confirmed errors are fixed within 24 hours and logged on this page with the reason.
